Type 2 Reset is delivered as downloadable PDF and EPUB files. Because a digital product cannot be returned after it has been accessed or downloaded, purchases are generally final once download access has been provided.
Problems we will correct
Please contact us if you receive a damaged file, the wrong file, a duplicate charge, or a download link that does not work. We will replace the file, restore access, correct the charge, or provide an appropriate refund.
Requests before downloading
If you purchased by mistake and have not accessed or downloaded either file, contact us within seven days of purchase. We will review the order and may cancel and refund it.
How to request help
Email customersupport@type2resetbook.com with the order number, purchasing email address, and a short description of the problem. Do not send payment-card numbers or sensitive medical information.
Nothing in this policy limits refund or consumer rights that apply under governing law.
