These terms apply to Type2ResetBook.com and purchases from the Type 2 Reset store. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase. You may use the website only for lawful purposes and may not interfere with its operation, security, or other users.
Digital products
Purchasing Type 2 Reset gives you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to download and use the supplied PDF and EPUB files for your personal use. You may store copies on your own devices. You may not resell, publicly distribute, upload, share, reproduce for commercial use, or remove ownership notices from the files.
Orders, prices, and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. An order is accepted when payment is approved and an order confirmation is issued. We may cancel or refund an order affected by fraud, a technical error, an incorrect price, or unlawful activity.
Delivery and customer responsibility
Digital files are delivered through the order confirmation page, customer email, or account download area. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address, maintaining access to it, and using software capable of opening PDF or EPUB files. Contact us if a download link or file does not work.
Health information
The website and products provide general educational information. They do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and do not create a clinician-patient relationship. The Medical Disclaimer is incorporated into these terms.
Intellectual property
The website, book, text, graphics, branding, and downloadable materials are owned by Lee Oxley or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Availability and warranties
The website and digital products are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that the website will operate without interruption or that educational information will produce a specific health result. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Lee Oxley and Type 2 Reset will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Any direct liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota and applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections in your location remain applicable.
Changes and severability
These terms may be updated by posting a revised version with a new effective date. If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
